Note: The CUDAN 2023 conference is fully funded by the European Commission via the Horizon 2020 research and innovation program (Grant no. 810961). As such, there is no conference fee, while registration is required as capacity is limited. 

There are four types of participation: Accepted authors, program committee members, CUDAN affiliates, and guests. Please choose the appropriate participation type below.

At least one accepted co-author is required to register and confirm participation in the CUDAN 2023 conference. All accepted and registered authors will be listed in the official conference program. We kindly ask you to list the accepted submission number(s) in the field below. The submission number(s) can be found in the subject line of the conference acceptance email. Registration is open until October 31, or until capacity is reached.
 

CUDAN 2023 Program Committee members, as listed on the conference website, are cordially invited to participate in the conference in person free of charge. Formal registration using this form serves to specify name-tag preferences and to estimate the number of in person participation. The registration for CUDAN PC members is open until October 31, or until capacity is reached.

Members of the CUDAN research group, affiliate faculty, advisory board members, and academic advisory board members are cordially invited to participate in the conference in person free of charge. Formal registration using this form serves to specify name-tag preferences. The registration for CUDAN Affiliates is open until October 31, or until capacity is reached.

The CUDAN 2023 conference can accommodate a limited number of guests, participating in person free of charge. We invite guests to apply for participation using this form by adding a brief statement why you would like to attend the conference below (max 100 words). Guest acceptance notices will be sent out by the CUDAN team. Registration is open until October 31, or until capacity is reached.
Would you need an invitation letter for your visa application?

For the visa invitation letter, we would kindly need to know your full name, country, and the title of your paper or presentation. VISA support letters are provided to accepted authors, PC members, and CUDAN affiliates only.

 

Travel and accommodation

While there is no participation fee, conference attendees are asked to cover their travel and accommodation costs from their own funds. Selected hotels with discounted prices within walking distance from the conference venue in the city center of Tallinn are listed from October 28 on the conference website. 

We are able to accept a limited number of remote presentations by participants from low-income countries, who cannot afford to travel to Tallinn to participate in person. If this is the case, we kindly ask you to apply for remote participation using the brief statement field above.
