Registration and Payment

 

Online registration

We kindly ask all participants to ensure that they have registered for the conference in advance. Please note that the conference registration has now officially opened. With all inquiries, kindly refer to hellex8@tlu.ee

Please note that there will be no on-site registration.

 

Conference fees

Upon arrival, please make sure that you visit the registration desk to sign the participants' signature sheet. You will also be handed a name badge. Please wear your name badge also when attending the dinner (if you have registered for it). 

The conference fee includes the Welcome reception on 11 June and also on-site catered buffet lunch and one coffee break per day on 12 June  and 13 June.

Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy

Please note that the Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy have been up on the conference registration form since the beginning of the registration. If you wish to read the document, please see here.

 

• Cancellations made on or before 11 May, 2025 will be refunded 50%.

• Cancellations made on or after 12 May 2025 cannot be processed.

The following cancellation policy applies for the 8th International Symposium on History of English Lexicography and Lexicology

All changes and cancellations must be submitted by e-mail to: hellex8@tlu.ee

 

Kindly note that pre-registration is required in order to participate in the conference dinner on 13 June, excursion on 12 June, and the excursion to the Open Air Museum in Rocca al Mare on 14 June.

Please also note that the excursion on the evening of 12 June and the excursion to the Open Air Museum in Rocca al Mare on 14 June will only take place if the minimum number of participants is met. If either event has to be cancelled due to an insufficient number of participants, we will refund the payment.

We will send an email between June 2 and June 6 informing you whether the evening excursion on June 12 and the day trip on June 14 will take place, depending on whether there are enough participants in each group.
