Please note that the conference organising committee reserves the right to ask the conference participants to provide documentation confirming their status as a student (e.g. student ID).
The conference fee includes:
- Access to conference sessions
- Coffee breaks and lunches as scheduled in the conference programme
- Free Public transportation in Tallinn
- Welcome reception
- Certificate of attendance (NB! If you would need a certificate of attendance, kindly inform the organizers via email ds2024@tlu.ee)
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation policy applies for the 12th International Conference on the Dialogical Self:
- Cancellations made on or before April 15, 2024 will be refunded 50%.
- Cancellations made after April 15, 2024 cannot be processed.
- All changes and cancellations must be submitted by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat: conference@tlu.ee. The conference secretariat will confirm the cancellation in writing.
Conference certificates
If you would need a certificate of any kind, then kindly forward your request via email to ds2024@tlu.ee. In the email, we kindly ask you to specify what kind of a certificate you would need (e.g. certificate of attendance, certificate of abstract acceptance) and what details you would need to have on the document (e.g. dates, location, and topic of the conference, your abstract/presentation title, etc.). Please note that all certificates will be issued digitally via email, unless agreed upon otherwise. If your institution requires a paperback certificate, then kindly let us know beforehand.
NB! Please note that the conference organizing committee will issue invoices until 30 June i.e. until the end of the conference month. We kindly ask for your understanding and politely request that you will contact us with your request before the end of June.
Visa invitation letter
If you would need an invitation letter to support your visa application, thend kindly forward your request via email to ds2024@tlu.ee. The visa invitation letter lists the conference details (dates, location, topic) and confirms that you have been accepted as a participant. The document also lists Tallinn University's contact information. Please note that visa invitation letters will only be issued to accepted and registered participants.
