Registration and Payment

Online registration

We kindly ask all participants to ensure that they have registered for the conference in advance. Please note that the conference registration has now officially closed. With all inquiries, kindly refer to eacs2024@tlu.ee.

On-site registration 

Please note that the on-site registration for the conference will take place on all conference days. The registration table is located at Tallinn University Astra hall (Narva mnt 29, 10120 Tallinn). We kindly ask the participants to keep in mind that there will be limited possibility for on-site payment.

On-site registration is open as following: 

• August 26 from 14:00-18:00
• August 27 from 8:00-16:30
• August 28 from 8:00-16:30
• August 29 from 8:00-16:00
• August 30 from 8:00-18:30 

Conference fees

Upon arrival, please make sure that you visit the registration desk to sign the participants' signature sheet. You will also be handed a name badge and a lanyard. During the conference, the registration desk is open and our volunteers will be ready to answer your questions and guide you around the campus. The conference fee includes on-site catered buffet lunch and two coffee breaks per day on all four days of the conference.

EACS member** - Please note that the conference organisers will kindly ask you to provide a confirmation that you are a registered member of the EACS. 

Student* - Applies only to MA and PhD students who are also members of EACS.

Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy

Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies for the EACS 25th Biennial Conference: 

• Cancellations made on or before 30 June, 2024 will be refunded 50%.

• Cancellation made on or during the period 1-14 July, 2024 will be refunded 30%.

• Cancellations made after 14 July, 2024 cannot be processed.

• All changes and cancellations must be submitted by e-mail to the conference secretariat: conference@tlu.ee. The conference secretariat will confirm the cancellation in writing.
